My first word of advice is to not procrastinate because it is not fun when you do. I know that everyone will say that you shouldn't procrastinate but it really is true. It is not fun when you procrastinate because then you have to rush to do your work at the end. I have procrastinated many times and the worst time is when I procrastinated to do my 3rd quarter project last year. It really sucked and I had to edit the project the day before it was due. I know it is tempting to procrastinate but don't do it because it is really nice when you don't procrastinate.
My next word of advice is do the best you can do. I think that if you do the best you can do, you will achieve great things. Some times when you can do your best is if you are filming and want to get the best shots you can get, sometimes you have to spend more time filming or think of good questions to ask your interviewee. It is even for PSA's when you have to think of a good idea that will get people to do what your PSA wants them to do.
My last word of advice is to work well with your classmates and your partner. I know that sometimes, you will disagree with your partner and classmates but you will have to try your hardest not to get into fights, and that means to agree even though you don't agree, or even get them to agree with you. Just try your best to work as best as you can with your classmates because if you don't you and your classmates will get torn apart.
Overall, my advice for the newbies coming into the media class is to not procrastinate. My second word of advice is to try you best, and my last advice is work well with your classmates and other people. If you are reading this and you are a newbie, you should definitely follow this advice and our other classmates advice because it will help you out a lot. Well, that's it for this blog post, thank you for reading and have a great day!
