Hey everyone! A couple of days ago I saw this video called "The Immune System Explained". I thought it was a super cool video because they explained how the immune system works to fight an infection. They had really good animations that I would probably never be able to do. I also thought they explained it really well without confusing you to much. Overall I really suggest you watch this video because it really taught me a lot of things about the body. Well, thank you for reading and have a great day!
Hey everyone! Today I'm going to write about how my project is going. Am I ahead of schedule, on track, or behind? I think Destrey and I are on schedule with our project because we got our TIAS done, we are finished with our interviews, and we are almost done with our b-roll and starting our script.
The first reason why I think we are on track with our 1st quarter project is because we have our TIAS done. Even though the TIAS is easy I'm glad we got it done and I'm glad Destrey understands it. I think we did pretty good with it and I think it will be good for Mr M to approve.
The next reason why I think we are on track with our project is because we have all of our interviews done. We only have 2 interviews so I have to keep searching but if I don't find anyone then I will be fine with 2 good interviews. The interviews that I got were Michael Moule and Lee Steinmetz.
The last reason why I think I am on track with my project is because we are almost done filming b-roll and starting our script. On Saturday me and Destrey went out to film the four roundabouts we have in Kaua'i. The one in Puakea, the one near our school, the one next to Wilcox School, and the one in Kapaa. We got a lot of b-roll and my card even ran out of space! We also started or script and the 5 points so I think we are doing good.
In conclusion, I think we are on track with our 1st quarter project because we have our TIAS done, we got our interviews done, and we are almost done with b-roll and we started on our script. Even though we are on track I have to make sure I stay on track and don't fall behind. Well, thank you for reading and have a great day!
Hey everyone! Today I'm going talk about this movie I watched a couple of days ago called "The Man from U.N.C.L.E". It is basically like a spy movie but it super cool because the main character is super good at fighting and all sorts of stuff. I thought it had really good shots and a great storyline because it was a long movie but it never got boring. Overall I thought it was a really great movie and that I suggest you watch it. Thank you for reading and have a good one!
Hey everyone! Today I'm going to talk about if I had anything challenging yet. The thing that was most challenging on my first 3 weeks of school was being a second year student and having to teach my partner. One reason why it is hard being a returnee is because I have to teach my partner about the Inside Scoops, I have to teach him how to do a news story, and I have to teach him how to work a camera and all other sorts of stuff.
The first reason why being a returnee is challenging is because I have to teach my partner how to do the Inside Scoops. I think it's pretty hard teaching Destrey the Inside Scoop because sometimes he doesn't get it and I have to explain it to him more. I think he is doing good with understanding it thought so I think we will do good with our inside scoops.
The next reason why it is challenging to be a returnee is because I have to teach my partner how to do the quarterly projects so that when 3rd quarter comes around, he will be ready and not get a bad grade. I also want us to do good in our 1st and 2nd quarter project so I have to teach him how to do interviews, B-roll, and all the other stuff you have to do for a news story.
The last thing that is challenging as a returnee is that you have to teach him how to work camera's, the announcements, and also the computers. My partner was in X-block media for 2 years so he can do some stuff with the camera's and stuff but he still needs help with lots of stuff. Hopefully he with be good for his 2 quarter projects that he has to do alone.
In conclusion, the most challenging thing that I have been through in my first 3 weeks of media is being a returnee. The first reason is because I have to teach my partner how to do the Inside Scoops, I have to teach him how to do the quarterly projects, and I have to teach him how to use camera's, the computers, and other stuff. Well, thank you for reading and have a great day!
Hey everyone! Today I'm going to talk about this video called "Los Angeles". I think it is a super cool video of downtown Los Angeles filmed a a drone. It really shows all of the cool places of LA and it might even convince you to go there. Hopefully we can get a drone and film something as cool as this. Post in the comments below what time you see the shadow of the drone:). Well, thank you for reading and have a good one!
Hey everyone! Today I'm going to talk about how my first week of media class went. Was it stressful? Did I get with my along with my partner? I think the first week of media was pretty nice because first of all, I got a great partner, I'm doing pretty good in staying caught up with everything, and teaching my partner about announcements was pretty easy.
The first thing that was nice about the first week of media is I got a great partner and his name is Destrey. I think he is really helpful and even though we had some trouble finding a project, we got it because we both looked hard for a good project.
The next thing that was good about my first week of media was that me and my partner are doing pretty good with staying caught up. Even though it took us a while to find a project we found one and we also are doing good with our Inside Scoops and finding any announcements.
The last thing that was good about my first week of media was that teaching my partner about the announcements was good and easy. My partner really listened and payed attention when I was talking to him about it. I think when it is his turn to do announcements he will do really good.
In conclusion, I think my first week of media was great because I got a great partner, I'm doing pretty good staying caught up with everything, and teaching my partner about announcements was really easy and fun. Thank you for reading and have a great day!
