The first thing that we should do to make sure that we are doing the best we can with the announcements is to do all of our announcer scripts on time. If we don't get them done on time, then we will be scrambling in the morning to finish them and were not gonna be able to practice. We should turn them in the day before so that we can have time to correct the scripts and get them ready for the next day.
The next thing that we have to do to make sure that the announcements turn out well is to be on time to the announcement room in the morning. If we are not on time in the morning, for working as an announcer or a person on the cameras and Tricaster, your team will not do good and you won't be able to practice as much times as you want. If you know you are going to be late, you should text or call one of the people on your team to tell them you will be late.
The last thing that we should do to make the announcements as best as they can be is to make sure that the advisory game, and the weekly video are on the Tricaster and elmo the day before it air. With the game or the video being in the Tricaster or elmo the day before, the next morning we can just find any mistakes and not waste that much time like we would if we didn't put the video or game in the day before.
Overall, this past week hasn't been the easiest with doing the announcements, but three things to make the announcements better and easier are to make sure that we have all of our scripts done on time. The second thing that we can do is to make sure that we are on time to the announcement room in the morning, and the last thing we can do is to make sure that we have the advisory game, or weekly video ready the day before it airs. Well, that's it for this blog post, thank you for reading and have a great day!
