The first reason of how I deal with stress is football because is really fun to me because you can do what ever you want like throwing to ball, catching it, and practically doing what ever you want. If you have a team though its even more fun because you get to play with other people and that's the best.
The next reason is you can get exercise. To me getting exercise is very important because with out it you won't feel that good. If you do football then you feel good about yourself for doing that and that kind of relieves me from stress.
The last reason is football never gets boring. To me, you can play football for hours and never get board. Football is just one of those sports that never gets boring.
