The first way I deal with stress is buy hanging out with my friends, because we just have fun and I don't really think of my homework and other work. Sometimes, we got to the beach, or we sleep over, or we just hang out at each others house and it's fun. I think that anyone who hangs out with their friends will get less stressed out because I definitely do.
The next way I deal with stress is by playing football because it's so fun and relaxing. Sometimes it can get hard and you get stressed out but most of the time it's fun and cool because you get to hang out with your friends and have a good time. Then after you feel kind of good because you got active instead of staying home stressing about your homework.
The last way I deal with stress is by just doing my homework and class work on time. It really works because once you do it, your free for the rest of the day or weekend. But you want to do your work early but then you can't because you think you have lot's of time so you just chill and not do anything until the last minute. Sometimes I do my work early and I get the rest of the weekend free and I just can chill and not do anything. You also feel good and happy that you did your work.
Overall, what stresses me out the most is is school in general because you can get a lot of things to do in a short amount of time and that really stresses me out. Three ways I relieve from my stress is to play with my friends, play football, or just do my homework on time.
